[billing] WTF is up with Fidium's billing dept?

For a few weeks now I've been getting emails and texts from Fidium saying my card is about to expire and to update my info. Card is good till end of July, bank doesn't send new cards out till after the middle of the month. Just got an email saying I've been removed from AutoPay cause my card is expired (which it hasn't, confirmed by my bank). No other place I have my card set for an autopay has sent anything to me about the card expiring. So WTF Fidium, doesn't your billing dept know how expiration dates on cards work? And you send it on a Sunday when you know there are no live people to speak with. No problems with the fiber service itself, it's been great. sam
