[DSL] Fairpoint Internet (DSL)

Not sure if this was the correct place to post this but I'm hoping someone can help me out. I've been getting disconnected from the internet on a more frequent basis. Last week it dropped several times and stayed solid for a couple days. Last night it seems that it's reoccurring almost every 30 minutes. I've tried calling technical support but they have me do the same monotonous and useless routine of power cycling and renewing my IP. I live pretty far from the base so I don't know if that's why I keep getting disconnected or not. I play a browser game and that's pretty much all I do on here. Operating system is Win 7. I've had people tell me they would disconnect me and right after that I've been disconnected. I'm not sure if that's paranoia or they're actually doing it. I've grabbed a log from my modem/router (SmartRG SR350N) to see if someone could help me out. Here it is. Jan 1 00:00:12 daemon err syslog: caTmBlk:Time Blocking: Shutting down, sig -1 Jan 1 00:00:14 daemon crit kernel: Line 0: xDSL G.994 training Jan 1 00:00:15 daemon err syslog: tr69c:15.371:readMessageFromSmd:1012:unrecognized msg 0x10002801 Jan 1 00:00:24 daemon crit kernel: Line 0: ADSL G.992 started Jan 1 00:00:29 daemon crit kernel: Line 0: ADSL G.992 channel analysis Jan 1 00:00:36 daemon crit kernel: Line 0: ADSL link up, Bearer 0, us=1119, ds=4800 Jan 1 00:00:37 daemon crit syslog: PPP server detected.
