I've started noticing pretty horrible latency problems over the past week or so starting from around 4-5PM and lasting up until near 6-7AM in the morning the next day.
I started noticing this due to the fact that websites such as Google take forever to load and my ping in games in just insane.
So I decided to do a tracert against Google and behold I see a new routing carrier that I'm being routed through. I thought Cogent was bad, Zayo.com makes Cogent look amazing.

Cogent routing problems only lasted from 8PM to about 1AM. This Zayo garbage starts causing problems in the late afternoon/very early evening at 4-5PM.
Anyone else notice this?
